Remember those days when everyone smoked on prime time TV, including news anchors. I don't, but I do know that it looked very stylish when the Rat Pack or the various late show hosts would interview guest with a cigarette in hand. Something about the smell of a burning cigarette is welcoming, that is until that smell doesn't come out of your clothes after nineteen trips to the dry cleaners.
